Cusrich AI works with a variety of third party data providers and connects them to Cusrich customers who are looking for information about businesses and individuals who work at these businesses. This will often include contact information like professional email addresses or telephone numbers. In doing so, Cusrich AI acts as a data processor working on the instruction of its customers per its data processing agreements with those customers: Cusrich AI transmits customer queries on behalf of its customers, and the third party data providers return results in response to those queries.

Cusrich AI does not control the data supplied by the third party data providers it works with and, as a data processor, is not in a position to delete data or otherwise discharge the responsibilities of a data controller. If there are specific data providers you're concerned about, we would suggest you contact them directly. If you want to identify the providers you're concerned about here, we'd be happy to help as best we can.

Insofar as Cusrich AI does act as a data controller for any of your personal data, we will delete your data as requested. Please note that will not necessarily prevent your contact information from being made available to Cusrich AI customers by the third party data providers discussed above.
